WorldCall celebrates half a million (500,000) subscribers reach for its Digital Cable footprint spread across Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
Mr. Shahid Maqsood, Head of Cable Operations, informed that, “Alhamdulillah, we have achieved our first milestone of 500,000 subscribers reach for digital cable services today (14th Mar 2018) well ahead of target date of 31st Mar 2018. He appreciated the team for its efforts and thanked WTL management for its support.
Mr. Maqsood further declared that next milestone of 2 million households would also be achieved ahead of target date as fiber works for network connectivity is already near completion. WorldCall is now well poised for delivering expansion of its digital cable services reach to nearly 4 million households by the end of December, 2018. During this quarter, WorldCall achieved escalation in network reach in Karachi ahead of targeted timelines, which resulted in early delivery of network.
